Privacy policy

Purpose and Scope

This Privacy Policy sets out the principles under which Çelik Dövme San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. (the “Company”) protects the personal data of visitors to its website and of persons who contact it. It is based on Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and its secondary legislation.

Principles

Under Article 4 of the KVKK the Company processes personal data:

• lawfully and fairly,
• accurately and, where necessary, kept up to date,
• for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes,
• relevantly, limitedly and proportionately to those purposes,
• for no longer than required by law or by the purpose of processing.

Information Collected on the Site

The site has no membership or login area. Personal data is processed only when you complete the quotation / contact form or contact us by e-mail or phone, and only to the extent you provide it.

To keep the site secure and available, the hosting infrastructure may generate technical records such as IP address, browser type and access time. These are not used to profile visitors.

Sharing

Personal data is not sold, rented or given to third parties for marketing. Transfers take place only under Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, as far as quotation and order processes require, and on requests from competent authorities.

Data Security

Under Article 12 of the KVKK the Company takes the technical and organisational measures necessary to prevent unlawful processing of and access to personal data and to safeguard it. Data on the site is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS); access to form records is limited to authorised staff.

If processed data is obtained by others unlawfully, the Company notifies the data subject and the Personal Data Protection Board as soon as possible.

Retention and Destruction

Quotation and correspondence records are kept for the purpose of the relationship and the retention periods required by law, then destroyed in line with the Regulation on the Erasure, Destruction or Anonymisation of Personal Data.

Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party sites such as map services. The Company is not responsible for their privacy practices; please review their policies.
